A Safe Space For Women

Farzana Begum, Founder, Fit With Fab

I always dreamt of creating a safe space for women — not just to work out, but to feel emotionally, mentally, and physically secure.
A space that truly belongs to women.
A place where they’re never judged, never intimidated, and always free to be exactly who they are.

The Heart Behind Fit With Fab

Farzana Begum

Farzana Begum is not just a fitness coach, she’s a movement. A cancer survivor, mother of two, and Andhra Pradesh’s first Hijabi strength and functional trainer, Farzana brings unmatched resilience, knowledge, and empathy to every session.
An internationally certified coach in functional training, strength training, Pilates, Animal Flow, and pre/post-natal fitness, she’s also a certified nutritionist. Her expertise has helped over 250 women manage conditions like PCOD, joint pain, arthritis, back pain, and postpartum recovery.
Farzana’s journey into fitness began after the loss of her mother — a turning point that ignited her mission to empower women to take charge of their health. Starting from training a few women on the beach in Vizag, she has built a respected community of clients locally and globally.
Despite facing judgment for wearing a hijab and being urged to leave the country, Farzana stayed true to her vision: making fitness accessible, safe, and inclusive for women, especially those from conservative or underrepresented backgrounds. She even trains underprivileged women for free, believing that health is a right, not a luxury.
Her personal battle with cancer became a symbol of strength. Even during chemotherapy, she never stopped training her mentees. That spirit, grounded in faith, family support, and love for her work, shines through every session she leads.
Farzana’s training isn’t just about exercise. It’s about educating, motivating, and transforming. From working on Diastasis Recti (DR) in postpartum moms to incorporating fun, functional workouts using household items, she keeps fitness fresh and sustainable for every woman.
